On this fine Saturday, the focus should be off of work and on you. Just you, and maybe a delicious dessert.

Every year during the holidays my mom makes a no-bake cheesecake. It is to-die and we make sure to guilt her if she only brings one. Here is the imprecise recipe:

Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

10-15 full-size graham crackers
few tablespoons melted butter
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
dash of vanilla extract
couple table spoons lemon juice
crushed pineapple, raspberries or favorite fruit for topping

Step One:
Crush the graham crackers into crumbs and add the butter. Press into a pie pan.

Step Two:
Mix the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and lemon juice together for a while until super smooth. Pour on top of crust. Top with your fruit.

Step Three:
Refrigerate for an hour or so, then devour.
