Saturday Slowdown

With summer around the corner and project after project looming over us, I thought it appropriate to spend time discussing how to relax. Here are three ways to unwind after or before a busy week:

  1. Meditate
    Take a deep breath, focus and release the tension.
  2. Turn your phone off
    Don’t let the phone distract you from your family, your meal, or your favorite book. Anything pressing will be waiting for you on Monday.
  3. Get into nature
    Hike, ride a bike or take a walk. Get that Vitamin D!
